Martha Coats

Account Manager

Martha has been in the customer service field for more than 15 years.  Her career began at the Teacher’s Academy for Mathematics and Science in Chicago, Illinois where she provided direct support to clients of the Chicago Public School system, through enrollment, payment and constant communication to over 300 school administrators in Cook County.

After serving ten years with The Teacher’s Academy, Martha joined the United Way of Rock River Valley, a local charitable organization that rose over $6 million annually.  Martha served in an agency relations role and was responsible for volunteer recruitment, program compliance and monitoring, and community and donor recognition.  She also served as liaison to various government and nonprofit committees and boards.  She worked on the planning committee for the Mayor’s Youth Advisory Council, the City of Rockford Homeless Management Information System, the Intergovernmental Truancy Eradication program, and the Winnebago County Juvenile Probation program. 

In June 2008, Martha relocated to Raleigh with the same goal in mind of providing superior customer service and the desire to help our company grow. Martha graduated from Robert Morris College in Chicago with a Bachelors of Arts degree in Business.  She is currently working toward obtaining her masters degree.
