Executive Compensation continues to be an important part of benefit programs. 

At Progressive Benefit Solutions, we recognize that executive compensation requires a customized approach for each client. 

We begin with a detailed discussion with the client to understand which employees they have identified as key personnel, why they were chosen, and what risks they perceive to the business related to a loss of these employees.  We then integrate our knowledge of any additional business risks and other executive compensation programs to develop a tailored solution to meet the client’s needs.

Examples of approaches we have used successfully for executive compensation programs include executive medical plans, deferred compensation, executive bonus plans, key-man insurance, and buy-sell agreements.
