Cynthia T. Dance
Client Service Representative
Cynthia has been in a client service representative role with Progressive Benefit Solutions for almost seven years. In this capacity she handles the day-to-day service needs of our clients and their employees and interacts with medical, life, and disability carriers daily.
Prior to joining Progressive Benefit Solutions, she was employed with Alpha Omega Healthcare. Cynthia started her career in the Clinic Services Department. She was in that department for two years working very closely with clients, nurses, physicians, case managers, and insurance carriers to ensure proper treatment was provided to clients. Cynthia, like all the staff at PBS, regularly participates in Continuing Education courses to ensure that our clients receive the most accurate and up-to-date information available.
