Your relationship with Progressive Benefit Solutions is more than simply shopping for rates each year. It’s about developing a strategic road map to achieve the long term goals for your benefit programs and building a strong, lasting relationship with us.
- Your primary contact within our organization will be the consultant that began your relationship with us. The resources of our entire firm will support this consultant to help meet your needs.
- Your consultant will help you set realistic expectations for your benefit programs and then develop the appropriate strategic plans. We will then implement these plans together.
- We will ensure you have accessibility to the appropriate people in our organization through email, phone, and cell phone numbers. We will return any call or email within six (6) business hours.
- We will formally sit down with you at least semiannually to review your benefit programs, strategic plan, and any legislative or other changes that may impact these programs.
- We will be your advocate with all insurance carriers and negotiate solely with your best interests in mind.
- We will disclose with you the way in which we are paid for our services.
- We will provide support and timely education on compliance issues associated with your benefit programs, including requirements related to reporting and filing of information and notifications to your employees.
- We will make available and train you on our industry leading technology related to benefits information, legislative issues, and communication of benefit programs to employees.
- We will develop custom communications that facilitate your employees understanding of their benefit plans and the value they provide.
Working together to reach your goals, we ask that you:
- Provide us with all relevant information about your benefit programs, goals, needs, and concerns.
- Take the time to meet with us regularly (at least semiannually) to review your benefit programs, claims experience, and strategic plan.
- Approve or decline our recommendations in a timely manner.
- Personally review and make sure you understand all aspects of your benefit programs, strategic plan, and the rationale for our recommendations.
- Ask us questions if you are uncertain about any aspect of your benefit programs or the rules and regulations related to these programs. Provide us with frank, timely feedback on how we are doing and how we can improve our service and value to you.
