Gaye began her career in employee benefits with The Planning Group in March 1991 specializing in individual health, Medicare Supplement and Long Term Care sales for six years. She then moved into group account management, building that division and managing the account management and service staff.

Kyle Lawrence has been in the insurance industry for over 15 years. Kyle brings a tremendous amount of knowledge in the Voluntary and Worksite Benefits market. Prior to joining Progressive Benefit Solutions, he served as a Sales Coordinator for the largest Supplemental insurance company in the U.S. and was recognized as one of the top agents in his field.

Todd began his career with Aetna, holding a variety of positions from Installation Coordinator to Client Manager to Senior Account Executive. He has helped design, implement, and manage the benefit programs for many of Aetna's largest customers including DuPont, Honda Manufacturing, and Qwest Communications.

Kevin joined Progressive Benefit Solutions in September of 2010. In this capacity he helps individuals and families navigate the often complicated individual marketplace and secure cost effective coverage for health insurance. With Kevin on board Progressive Benefit Solutions now offers a range of individual products, from individual and family PPO and HSA plans to Medicare Supplement, Medicare Advantage, and Medicare Prescription Drug plans.

Through Progressive Benefit Solutions' affiliation with the Benefit Advisors Network, the nation's premier association of benefits consultants, Peter serves as our Compliance Director. Peter received his J.D. from the University of Illinois College of Law, magna cum laude, his M.A. from Bradley University, summa cum laude, and his B.A. from Bradley University, cum laude.

Through Progressive Benefit Solutions' affiliation with the Benefit Advisors Network, the nation's premier association of benefits consultants, Armand serves as our Pharmacy Director.

Armand is a clinically trained pharmacist with over 22 years of experience in managed care and Pharmacy Benefit Management and is currently President and CEO of Integrated Health Concepts (IHC), a national pharmacy benefit consulting firm

Beth is a registered dietitian with a Master's degree in nutrition and 23 years of nutrition counseling experience in a variety of clinical and community settings, including both individual and group sessions. Beth is a member of the American Dietetic Association, as well as the North Carolina Dietetic Association.

She has certification in adult and pediatric weight management and is a member of the ADA sports, cardiovascular, and wellness dietitians practice group

Meredith joined the Progressive Benefit Solutions team in July through their acquisition of The Planning Group. She moved from Account Manager to Senior Account Manager quickly through her dedicated and hands-on service approach with key accounts. Meredith has over 13 years of work history in a variety of fields including communications and video production, banking, and pharmaceuticals. She specializes in account coordination in all areas of employer benefits from core to voluntary benefits and wellness initiatives. She believes that the key to an effective benefits package is not only in strategic planning but in execution through employee education and training.

Cathy has been in an account manager role with Progressive Benefit Solutions, LLC for almost five years. In this capacity she handles the day-to-day service needs of our clients and their employees and interacts with medical, life, and disability carriers daily.

Jennifer joined the Progressive Benefit Solutions team in March 2009. In her role as an account manager, she is interacting daily with each of the medical, life and disability carriers and managing the day to day service needs for our clients and their employees.

Jennifer has over 7 years experience working in a client service role

Kairyn joined the Progressive Benefit Solutions team through their acquisition of The Planning Group Inc. in July of 2010. As one of the Small Group Account Managers, she works one-on-one with her clients as a liaison with their benefit carriers. She is very conscientious of her clients' needs and works diligently to surpass their expectations with an outstanding knowledge base of the insurance industry and excellent service.

Peter joined Progressive Benefit Solutions as an Actuarial Analyst in August of 2010. Peter's analysis of group health plans assists in determining which benefits are the best fit for our clients and prospects. He is currently working towards his certification as an actuary, and plans to pursue an MBA in the future.

Peter graduated in May of 2010 from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill with a double major in Mathematics and Economics. He is an active member of both Walk MS and the Young Professionals Network.
